Join Blackout

In 2016 we picked a single barrel and named it Blackout Wednesday. That one barrel became a racing stable, a bourbon company, and a community of people who share a passion for both.

We race horses primarily at Kentucky’s major tracks and at other tracks across the country. We release single-barrel and small-batch bourbon, and we raise money for local charities, including through our annual golf scramble.

Our barrels are stored on the third floor at Old Louisville Whiskey Company on the historic Seagram’s campus in Louisville. Originally built between 1933 and 1936, the campus was once one of the largest distilleries in the world. Old Louisville Whiskey Company has revived one of the original 1936 rickhouses for barrel storage, blending, and bottling.
